well, it’s difficult to say precisely, since I’m using Brave starting from September 2020 and was using it actively on 4 devices / 3 OS’s - two laptops running Win10 / Ubuntu & two Android devices. So taking into consideration you mentioned “resets” as well that may be most probably the issue!

Actually, BAT Tokens are transferred into the Uphold Account only from the First 4 Devices. The later once will just accumulate it in the Browser itself.
You can either create another Uphold account right now to get it transferred or you can wait till next month since Gemini is getting Launched and is similar to Uphold.
Also, do remember from now on that you can only link the first 4 devices so be careful with which devices you connect!
