No. Uphold is currently the only option, although Gemini will be available soon. The Crypto Wallet has nothing to do with Brave Rewards.

Try converting BATs to XRP or TRX or XLM before withdrawal. These have lowest transaction and network fee. XRP has fastest settlement time (few seconds) among these.

That´s what I do but sadly once I converted BAT into other token I just don´t feel the need to convert it again to BAT to hold it or stake it. Anyways that works for me.
