The answers to the other questions may be important as well, if you can respond with that. Screenshots may not be necessary if you can otherwise easily characterize what you’re seeing.
In the meantime, does the issue occur if you create a new profile and try it in that profile? (Make sure your original profile does not have any open windows; only the new profile should be open.) Note that creating and testing a new profile will not affect your original/existing profile(s).
I recommend also testing with McAfee temporarily disabled, in case it is interfering somehow.
