Claims are still processing. You can check payout status at Brave Ads Payout status or at Regional Catalog Viewer .
There was a payout issue that has been fixed. Post from Brave support linked below. You need to make sure you are updated to the latest version (1.42.88) and see if you receive a claim button.

Both of the issues stated below should now be resolved.
If you were affected by this issue, you should now see new claims appear and these new claims should go through without error. If you have not yet seen a new claim option available, please be patient as it may take a bit for these new claims to go out to all users. It may also be worth restarting the browser, then checking to see if claims have appeared.
