Both of the issues stated below should now be resolved.
If you were affected by this issue, you should now see new claims appear and these new claims should go through without error. If you have not yet seen a new claim option available, please be patient as it may take a bit for these new claims to go out to all users. It may also be worth restarting the browser, then checking to see if claims have appeared.

We are aware that many of you are currently experiencing one of the two known payout issues for this months payout:
Issue 1: Users received claim option to claim Rewards (relevant to unverified wallets and wallets linked to Gemini accounts). When claimed, an error was shown
Oops, something went wrong... and the BAT did not appear in your local browser wallet or your Gemini account.

Issue 2: Users with unverified wallets should have received a claim option to claim earned Rewards into their local browser wallet, but that claim option did not appear.
Both of these issues are known and the Rewards team is working hard to get them resolved as soon as possible. We will update everyone as soon as we have more information. We appreciate everyone’s patience.
