Cant login via password to imported crypto wallet

Description of the issue: Cant login into integrated metamask (MM) via password, I am able to login only via seed word recovery
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Recover MM account via seed phrase and set new password
  2. Close and open Brave
  3. Atempt to log in into crypto wallet using password

Expected result: incorrect password message

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.0.1 Chromium: 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: Tried multiple times, chance that I would set password wrongly multiple times is basically zero. Seed phrase is from firefox version of MM (12 words) which I was using before brave. I have chrome MM extension installed and disabled in brave. Accessing crypto wallet via seed phrase recovery is obviously extremely uncomfortable. OS win7
