Can't enable Password sync on Android

Description of the issue:
I have Sync Everything set and noticed that a new password had not been synced across to my phone. In the phone’s Sync Options page I am told that to make passwords synchronise I have to “authenticate with the device”. To do this I first have to turn off “Sync everything,” which is not ideal, but after doing that and authenticating I am still unable to turn on Password syncing: the toggle is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Sync options on moblie
  2. Tap the notification on the Passwords option
  3. Authenticate with the device
  4. Note that the Passwords toggle switch is disabled

Reproduces how often:
Every time

Brave Version:
1.69.153

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
Linux with Brave 1.69.163
Motorola G32 with Brave 1.69.153

Additional Information:
A password which was modified in late June has synced to my phone

Try Brave Beta, this version don’t have such problem

Same problem here.
Additional info: I’m using the original Chinese ROM on an Android phone bought in China. I’m using the phone in China through VPN.
