Can't connect to VPN even after login and pressing refresh VPN

I am using brave browser on windows.

I bought the VPN and now it is saying log in to refresh VPN.

So i log in and press the Refresh VPN session button and nothing happens.

I already tried closing brave etc.
It worked the first time i bought VPN. Then after stopping it and maybe restarting device idk it just stopped working.
