Detailed description of the behavior:
I am unable to connect to the VPN on my PC anymore even I paid for the subscription. The message that appears is: Login data could not be loaded
When I try to submit a ticket it also doesn’t work, error message:
“Support ticket could not be created, please check your connection”
Internet is working fine as you can see I am writing this topic/ticket from the same device.

There is no Refresh Brave VPN button and the issue still persists.
Hi, I canceled the subscription and would like a refund for the 9.99€ as the the VPN is not working at all.
