Can't access local IP

I’m trying to access a local IP, namely an openwebif interface of my set top box. This always worked in Brave but I had to reinstall recently and now I get a this site cannot be reached error (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

I can access this address (192.168.15.208) in Edge and Firefox.

I have Brave Shields turned OFF for this page but it still won’t load.
I tried switching to ‘No Protection’ in brave://settings/security

Does the site use plain HTTP, or HTTPS?

If the former, maybe see how you’ve got this set:

Can you open DevTools (F12), go to the Network tab, enable the ‘Scheme’ column:

Then try to load the page and share a screenshot of the whole browser window, also including the DevTools section?
