Cannot access router via IP Address (only on Brave Browser)

I’m unable to access my router admin page using Brave but other browsers work. This was previously working within the last 7 days. http://192.168.1.1 does not work and shows the following:

This site can’t be reached
http://192.168.1.1/ is unreachable.
ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE

I have tried:

Safari & Firefox work perfectly and open the admin login page but Brave does not. It seems others have had the same problem and nobody has posted a fix.

I’m not able to reproduce this issue on my end (also using macOS Sonoma). Looking into this, although I’m not sure what the cause would be.

In the meantime, would it be possible for you to test this behavior in another Chromium based browser and tell me if the issue persists there or not?

I just tried on a fresh install of Microsoft Edge and the same thing is happening.

Thank you for testing. Going to keep digging on this, appreciate your patience.

Got the solution my problem at least. For some reason only some specific IPs were not allowed due to a setting that changed on my side (most probably after rejecting a new setting or something similar). Setting should be set as following (sorry settings are in French but doesn’t matter):

Wow this worked for me as well. This is the “Local Network” setting in macOS Privacy settings. Thanks a ton @Jetter
