Couldn’t login to usbank.com then I read to disable shields and then it is letting me login but still does not let me pay bills (have always been able to login AND pay bills if I use Chrome).

Can you check if the URL changes after logging in? You may also have to disable Shields (or allow all cookies) after logging in.
