Cannot pay bills in USBank.com

Couldn’t login to usbank.com then I read to disable shields and then it is letting me login but still does not let me pay bills (have always been able to login AND pay bills if I use Chrome).

Can you check if the URL changes after logging in? You may also have to disable Shields (or allow all cookies) after logging in.

It goes to onlinebanking.usbank.com I think, but I disabled Shields on that too. here is the screenshot of the error page. Thank you.

(EDIT: I don’t know how to clear cookies if that is something I should try)

We have a handy guide for how to clear cookies/browsing data in Brave here – and yes, I would recommend trying it out and see if it helps shake something loose with your banking website:
