I’m having the same issues - Everything had worked fine up until two days ago. I can access just fine in Chrome, so it’s definitely something to do with Brave and a recent update.

The behavior is the same on Brave 1.62.162, which is an older build from Feb 8, 2024.

I started experiencing the same problems with logging into Sharepoint today or yesterday. Two days ago, on Monday, 26th Feb, I remember the login was working. So, I think Microsoft may be rolling out some changes.

I’m not sure if this is the same issue, I’m also seeing the same error when attempting to access MS Stream videos.

I am experiencing the same issue. Both Edge and Chrome are working fine.

Following this topic. I have the same issue.

Also have the same issue. It’s super frustrating and it’s taking quite a while to fix this. Very disappointing on Brave’s end! It’s almost as if Brave wants us to change to a different browser

This may be a cookie issue. I noticed 7 cookies for sharepoint.com and added it as a site that can place cookies but there may be some other MS *.com that needs to be added to work correctly. Note that there was already a list of them that MS had sent to get Brave to work correctly with their browser office stuff …

Here is what I am talking about:

In the Settings window, open the Privacy and security tab, and then select Cookies and other site data.

Under Sites that can always use cookies, select Add, and then select the Including third-party cookies on this site checkbox.

Add the following sites:

[*.]microsoft.com

[*.]microsoftonline.com

[*.]teams.skype.com

This site thought the *.coms were links and blocked them. Here are the rest:

[*.]teams.microsoft.com

[*.]sfbassets.com

This appears to be fixed in the latest release on Github-- https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/releases/tag/v1.63.168

That’s a stable release, not a nightly or beta. Presumably it will be available soon via autoupdate, alternatively you can manually install it now.
