Unable to login to Office.com from a normal window

Greetings,

I am trying to login to Office.com/login, and when I do so from a normal tab, I am able to put in my username, and then when it prompts me for a password, before I am done it goes to a white screen with the URL “https://www.odwebp.svc.ms/share”. When I try it from a private tab, it works. So I cleared out the browser data, rebooted, and still the same thing. This site also works in Edge.

Windows 10 v1803
