Cannot collect mobile rewards on android, nor syncing across devices

Description of the issue:
I have been collecting Brave rewards on my mobile since the BAT program began. It’s only recently that I’ve verified my wallet on desktop with uphold.
Thanks to this I was able to easily collect the rewards I had on my devices (laptop and desktop). However I cannot verify the wallet on my OnePlus 5T since forever.
My rewards on mobile this month (March 2021) were of 33BAT, which I was waiting to go to my balance to verify the wallet as it keeps on showing only 4BATs, despite me collecting them since the program began on my phone. Today I wanted to finally verify it on mobile and finalize the wallet verification on all my devices.
My balance hasn’t moved and it seems all rewards are gone. I use my phone a lot and browse exclusively on Brave, so I’m guessing I might be missing a couple 100 BATs…

I’ve synced all my devices and was hoping the sync would be also sync the rewards. But, after checking my uphold balance, it seems they were not.

Expected result:
The rewards should sync between device and show the correct reward amount.

Hi @d_r_i_x , the wallets between devices (your Android and Windows) don’t sync, they’re treated separately. It was my first ever posted topic here.

The lack of sync between devices is a let down, but I understand the purpose. 4 should be plenty.

As to why the rewards disappeared at the end of the month, I’m a bit at a loss. On desktop, I could go back through previous months to claim my rewards. This seems impossible on mobile. How could I go about it? I’m convinced I should have at least 200 BAT in there.

It’s hard to say right now, unfortunately, because in the last few days there’s been a flurry of posts about disappearing estimated/ earned BAT. I think it’s largely some technical issue being worked on. Support hasn’t formally addressed it yet, as far as I’ve seen, but they are most certainly aware of it. They are helping people individually, too, so if this is a problem that persists for you, you can definitely post a new topic about it with details, and someone should be able to assist you.
