Cannot claim and last month bats disappearing

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you eligible for Brave Rewards (see here for list of supported regions)?
Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?

hi i haven’t been able to claim my bats. specifically this month the claim botton didn’t appear and instead it says that I’ve claimed which i didn’t also i have like 5 bats from last month which have been disappeared after this month claim day passed.

@TheLegendKasra there’s not much to be able to say or do for you here on Community, especially as a fellow User. What I’d like to suggest is that you create an official Rewards Support Ticket so that someone from Brave can investigate this with you and try to get it all resolved.
