Unable to claim the rewards and it disappears

Hello,

so now for second month in a row I wasn’t able to claim my Brave rewards on my laptop (Windows 7 32 bits latest Brave version), I didn’t say anything on the first month because I was like “bugs can happen”, but two months in a row is a bit too much, it means that I lose 23 BAT every months, so 46 BAT in total.

What happens is that when I try to claim them, nothing happens and when I try to claim again it shows “An error occurred please try again later” but the next day I don’t have the button anymore.

So I’d like to know if there’s something possible to do.

Same for me , i lost my BATS today and its not on my wallet
