I have a Lloyds banking account but though I get to the site alright, it will not let me enter my security details. Neither can I activate my Gumtree account. In both instances I have to use Microsoft edge.
I don’t have an account with Lloyds, but can test https://www.gumtree.com.au/ is that site you’re having issues with? @karlin

I would clear the cookies and cache first via brave://settings/clearBrowserData. But from clean Brave profile (using Brave Beta). and new login.
If it still fails, If you create another login, using a different email see if that works.
