@lflucena,
Where exactly are you trying to select text? Note that I did not create an account so there is a chance I cannot test this on my end. That said, simply selecting text on the site in general works without any issue.
The funny thing I noticed, even though the selection is not appearing, the text is being copied, just tested below copying part of the Short Description as in the image.

This test was on a Mac OS Sequoia and I confirm it also happens in Windows.
I have a personal development instance on ServiceNow and don’t see the same behavior.
I have the same issue on my iPhone 11. It will highlight and copy text even if it’s not there . Also, anytime I enter a new website with a username and password , my keyboard flickers in a slower rate. It only happens when I am entering a new site or password… a Site that is not already logged with credentials .
Disabling that worked fine, so I’ll check with them what can be done.
Edge and Chrome are handling this with no issue, so might be something to Brave developers to take a look as well.
UPDATE: update MS Edge on Mac OS Sequoia and had the same issue, so it’s a Chromium bug. I’m reluctant to install Chrome to test this…
They (ServiceNow) have a fix already, this is affecting WashingtonDC release.
The fixed versions are:
The issue is related to upstream Chromium, (Brave Nightly and Chrome Canary). Test in Brave Beta/Release to get around the selection issue for the time being.
