Can´t link Uphold with Brave

I am registered and verified at Uphold. If I then want to link the account, it is clear that the error message comes that the region (Germany) is not supported. I have been living in Austria for 5 years, I am registered, pay taxes, etc., only my ID is still from Germany. Of course, I can prove that I am allowed to live and work in Austria and have been living permanently in Austria for 5 years. I have nothing to do with Germany, except for my roots. I have already written with the Uphold Support and they do not accept any further documents showing that I no longer live in Germany but in Austria. Can you help me?

Yet that’s the one thing that Uphold uses to inform Brave which country someone is from. They just strictly go by your passport or whatever. So even though you can update your address for Uphold, that does nothing for the API that relays where you’re from. You either have to submit new passport for Austria or they’ll continue to consider you’re from Germany.

Unless/until you do that, you’ll end up needing to wait for on chain Rewards, which I speak of a bit at PSA: Current and upcoming changes to Rewards and Creators. We just don’t know how much longer until it arrives for everyone.

Hmm okay. Too bad. But now I go to the consulate and apply for a passport.
I hope I can earn something soon, but I will definitely continue to install Brave everywhere on my devices.
