Can I get a new sync code for my old sync code which has 24 words

I reset my laptop and I use my saved sync code earlier which has 24 words, Now when I try this code I got “This code was generated by a deprecated version of Brave, please upgrade your other device first” and I haven’t sync brave to any other device too.

Is there a way to get new sync code(25 words) using old Code

@iresh read everything at Sync is not a backup. Answer is there, I just like to have people read the warning as well.
