Which device are you trying to sync to? I would firstly make sure that all devices are up to date then I would leave the sync chain on those devices and start a new sync chain on the device that you want to sync from and on the device you want to sync to enter the new code from the first device. I did the same thing myself yesterday and all good.

Hi, as mention by Lahiru2002, you can generate a new code, but you can simply go to the first device on the chain and get an updated code, the new code has a +1 word at the end so just copy that and paste on the device that have the problem
