[Bug] Brave Flashes white when loading pages in dark mode

Description of the issue:
Brave flashes white when loading (seemingly) any website on Android. This is particularly a problem in dark mode

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Launch Brave
  2. Type in a link to a website, for example https://m.youtube.com
  3. The page will flash white and then load in black

The same issue will occur when switching to old tabs, presumably once they are no longer stored in ram, and have to reload the page

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Screen flashes white

Expected Result:
The screen’s color should match the site, so it should be dark for dark sites, and white for white sites.
