After opening Brave the whole window goes white and then takes a couple of seconds to load the homepage

When the browser is opened the whole screen goes white and then the home page loads. This happens in dark mode too. If dark mode is enabled, the screen should be a dark color so it won’t flash our eyes suddenly.
