Description of the issue: White blank page appears for a few milliseconds while refreshing/loading a new page on browser on android in dark theme of Brave and night mode (experimental)
How can this issue be reproduced? Just reload or refresh a page in dark theme and night mode (exprimental)
Expected result: White blank screen for few milliseconds
Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.26.74 Chromium 91.0.4472.124
Mobile Device details Not necasssary in this case
Additional Information: This problem has been repeated for a dozen times on different internet forums but it still happens. Literally my eyes burn due to white flash. The brave team should literally drop everything and just focus on solving the white page thing. My internet is pretty good, so network is not at fault.
