I use brave on android phones and a laptop. Receiving rewards in my brave wallet is already enabled on one of my android phones and today i noticed that i have the same option on my laptop. So i used my seedphrase and password to login/restore the wallet on the laptop and somehow my wallet address is different. How is that even possible?

Hello - Can you confirm it’s the same recovery phrase used for both devices?
You may be using a 2nd or third account as your primary address on the Android. If you Create account
on the laptop do you see the correct address appear?
Yes it’s the same phrase.. i had it written down. I used the same phrase when I got a new phone too.
How many SOL addresses do you have listed on the Android device? And Desktop?

I’ve been using my android mostly and theres 1 sol address.
It was only today that I opened my laptop and saw I had the option to receive rewards in brave wallet hence i tried to restore the wallet on my laptop . Until a few hours ago I had not even used the wallet option on my laptop
If the same recovery phrase was used you should see the same address for Solana Account 1.
Have you tried exporting the private key and importing into BW on your laptop?
Just tried it.. it’s not taking my password now.. I have 2 passwords for brave .. neither is working now…this is so stupid. I’ve used the same password for brave wallet since the start and it doesn’t work now? I don’t understand this
Just tried it on another phone and there’s a new issue now.. i put in my seed phrase and password and skip biometric … The screen says loading your portfolio and then goes back to the screen where I need to select “need a new wallet” or “Already have a wallet” page.
I’m done with brave. Not going to waste any more time on this. Such a waste of time…

Did you get an Account Recovery failed
error message after attempting to restore your recovery phrase? You will usually get redirected back to the onboarding page if the recovery phrase was incorrect/invalid.
No such messages… Itnsays loading portfolio(on the other phone that doesn’t have wallet logged in) and then it goes back to the page where you need to select new wallet or import
