I have had this issue for ages now.
STILL BROKEN
I tweeted the Brave staff on Twitter a while ago and some asked for information there.
This is MONTHS broken for me!
It is all devices for me and I can confirm that uninstalling doesn’t fix it as I know someone mentioned a while back about it.
I have tried everything possible before I made my initial post and uninstalling doesn’t fix it at all. It is broken Brave side, not ours.
It is something their end that changed in a version a while back as this never used to happen. The sync must have changed and that broke it.
Uninstalling, using different sync chains etc all doesn’t fix it.
We have to wait for Brave to fix it.
If you have it too, comment so they know as I am almost certain every one will have this who uses iOS sync.
