Brave Browser Starts to Open then Closes ~ MacBook Pro Mojave 10.14.6

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I just downloaded the Brave Browser on my MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.6
  2. When I click to open the Brave Browser, the Brave icon pops-up on the tool bar but then closes immediately.
  3. No crash report, no notification. Does not show up in Force Quit either. Not sure why it will not run?

Iā€™m seeing the same thing: here are the details:
MacOS version: 10.15.4 (19E264b)
Brave version 80.1.5.113 also the nightly builds

I completely removed Brave and reinstalled to no effect.
