Brave Rewards country " not support "

Hello everyone, I hope you’ve had a good day.

I have a problem with the “Brave Rewards region” as when I click on “Kosovo,” it shows me the following error, as you can see in the picture:

I have checked the list of supported regions at “https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469-List-of-supported-regions-Connecting-a-custodial-account-to-Brave-Rewards-and-Brave-Creators,” but with little success. Resetting the account and opening an account on “Uphold” were unsuccessful.

I have tried changing the location to “United States” or another state, but the problem persists.

I have done all the suggested steps and read everything on the forum, but I have not had success with these. I do not know what to do.

I’m able to replicate this myself, so it seems like an error that needs to be addressed. I’ll tag @Evan123 and @steeven on this.

Wait, what problem? You show Error: Region currently not supported. Is that what you saw when you changed to United States or did that come up eventually as you tried to connect through as Kosovo?

If you didn’t set up your account using United States identification but chose United States, it would show you not supported. Uphold uses documents like our passports to determine our country. For you to show as if you initially tried to set Kosovo as your country, I’m assuming you’re not American?

And if you’re seeing Error: Region currently not supported based on Kosovo, that’s because Kosovo is not supported at this time. You can see it’s on the list of non-supported jurisdictions at https://support.uphold.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026786712-Non-Supported-Jurisdictions and you’ll also see Kosovo is not on the list of supported countries at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469

Firstly, configuring in the “United States” or any other country was a test because it wasn’t working in “Kosovo,” even though I have an open account on “Uphold,” and it works, but the issue lies in the connection between “Uphold” and the selection of “Kosovo.”
If I could enable “Brave Rewards” in the state of “Kosovo,” I believe it would work perfectly.

Something that surprises me about “Uphold” is that if it doesn’t support “Kosovo,” I just activated it with the “id-card” of “Kosovo,” and my thought is that if I could choose “Kosovo,” I could link it with “Brave Rewards” because it wouldn’t correspond to the country in “Uphold” where I have my account.
So, I wouldn’t have the problem “Something went wrong” - “Unfortunately, there was an error while trying to set up Brave Rewards. Please try again.,” and I believe everything would work fine."
