Brave Rewards are not displayed correctly

Hello Brave Community!

I am using Brave since several months now.
At the beginning i thought that it might take some time before you get advertising notifications, but after 3 Months without one i started troubleshooting.

I checked all the windows notifications several times, and i can’t find any issues with that.
Brave does show some notification but only from Whatsapp and Youtube.
I noticed every time i lock my PC (Win + L) and unlock again, i will get an advertisement notification immediately. But that’s it. That’s the only way it works.

Is there any secret trick to fix this?

I am running:

-) Brave Browser Version 1.7.92 Chromium: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)
-) Windows 10 Pro 1909 Version 18363.778
-) I’m from Austria and Brave Rewards is available

I have tried:

-) Updating everything (Windows, Drivers, Brave)
-) Reinstall Brave (also tried Brave Beta, Dev and 32 bit Version for several weeks)
-) Checked every single possible notification settings in Windows
-) Created a new Wallet (linked with Uphold, also tried without Uphold)
-) Checked some Registry settings for Notifications
-) Enabled/Disabled native notifications in brave://flags

The new Brave Update didn’t fix my problem.
