I am using Brave Version 1.21.77 Chromium: 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) on a Windows machine and I have never seen a Ad Notification. I do see Ads when I start a new window and am accumulating BAT and views/month from them.
Notifications are turned on for Windows and I receive other alerts.
Brave Rewards are turned on and set to 5/h for testing.
I am getting popups on all my other computers synced with same account (2 other)
Anything I can check?

In the last 2 Months, I haven’t received any ads on my Windows 10.
However, I have been receiving ads on Linux/Ubuntu, about 5 ads a day on average. The Brave rewards section shows that I clicked or viewed them. When you look at the “Ad notification received this month”, it shows 0 for the month. There is also no payment as well.
Since there is no progress from Brave Support in resolving this issue, I have temporarily tuned off the ad for now. I will turn it back on after couple of months to see if the issue is resolved.
I guess there is no need to waste my time or receive the ad if there is no benefit.
