Brave reward reset

Hey there! I have been using brave browser for at least a year now and since I have first started I been trying to earn some money but for the past few months, I’ve been losing a lot of bats the first time it happened I lost 2 BAT then the second time it was 7 BAT only I know how much time I have to invest in it and this time I lost 2 BAT.
this is really rough the only reason I am using this browser is that I can earn some money while I am earning and have a bit more privacy
how can I get resolve this?

if you are talking about uphold then yes it has been verified
and I have received some bat in past
no, I am not using VPN for Uphold but I do for some other sites
and yes I am in a supported region
yes the to auto-contribute was off from the start

And the BAT wasn’t transferred to your Uphold account?

How many Brave profiles/devices (total) have you linked to your Uphold wallet? This includes reinstalling Brave or your OS, resetting or replacing your device, etc.

What does your brave://rewards-internals page show for the External wallet status? (Please DO NOT post your Wallet payment ID or your Wallet address.)

i have linked only one account to the brave and your second question i did not understand can you make that clear please ?

and also are you from brave ?

In a new browser tab, type brave://rewards-internals and tell me what it shows for External wallet status. As I said, DO NOT post your Wallet payment ID or your Wallet address. We just need to determine whether or not it shows “verified”. Sometimes the verification process doesn’t complete properly.

No, I’m not part of Brave staff (they have a little Brave lion logo on their avatar). I’m just a regular user who volunteers my time to try to help other users.

in the last there is wallet status and that says verified !

Have you tried unlinking and relinking your Brave Rewards profile to your Uphold wallet? Sometimes that can correct the issue.

no, but the thing is it’s not the only glitch I am suffering from 2 days ago I checked my reward settings and there was 2 bat and the reward claiming date was in July and then next day I get mail from Uphold telling me that I have received 2 bats from brave reward and then I checked the date and it was still the July but I had 0 bats and before that, i managed to gain 7 bats and then the claiming date was few days and the next day i check my rewards it’s totally empty and the receiving day is still there
