Brave random crashes while downloading and browsing

Description of the issue:
While downloading a file and simultaneously viewing a different webpage, brave browser will randomly crash. It only crashes when I am interacting with the browser, such as scrolling or clicking a link.

After crash, I can launch brave, resume the web page being viewed, resume download, and continue working.

I have rebooted windows. That didn’t fix it.
I have reinstalled Brave. That didn’t fix it.

The same computer has Firefox and Edge installed. Firefox and Edge can download and browse the same sites without crashing.

How can this issue be reproduced?
I haven’t been able to narrow it down to a particular type of download or web page.

Expected result:
Never crash.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.77.97 Chromium: 135.0.7049.84 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 11 home 24H2. All push and optional updates complete. 16GB RAM, lots of free RAM and SSD available.

After you click the “Send Now” button, return to brave://crashes and gather up the Crash ID numbers. Post the numbers, here, in a new reply.
