Brave and Chrome Browsers are crashing frequently for like every 30-60 minutes for many days and this is the latest crash reports can anyone Help me Please!

The AdBlock Component for Brave Browser, is the ‘cffkpbalmllkdoenhmdmpbkajipdjfam’ folder, located at:

Windows OS

  • C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\cffkpbalmllkdoenhmdmpbkajipdjfam\

Try . . .

  • Exit / Quit Brave Browser
  • Move the ‘cffkpbalmllkdoenhmdmpbkajipdjfam’ folder to the computer Desktop
  • Start up Brave Browser
  • Test your Brave Browser issue

Upon Startup, a new/replacement AdBlock Component will be installed - replacing that which you removed for the test.

I cant find that folder in my Device in the location you have mentioned.

I’ve forwarded this crash information to the team for review. I’m also wondering if you have any extensions installed in the browser at this time?

Can you please try disabling those extensions and then browsing normally to test to see if the browser still crashes?

Looking into this. Just to be clear, you tried this with all extensions disabled? Can you try with a new temp. browsing profile and see if you get the same crashes?

Thank you for testing. I have one more thing to test while we wait for a response from the devs — can you try downloading our Beta build and test to see if it also crashes?
