Description of the issue: Lately when I download a file, be it image or anything, and try to click or drag-and-drop into another application, the browser crashes and closes without giving any error messages. When I start the browser again I see only the usual message “Brave closed unexpectedly. Restore last session” or something along the lines of that. How can this issue be reproduced?

Click the file in the download bar at the bottom of the browser
See your browser crash
Expected result: The file is opened
Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave is up to date

if you have automatic crash reporting is enabled (Settings --> Privacy/Security --> Automatically send diagnostic reports), please respond back here with the crash report ID
If Automatically send diagnostic reports is not enabled, ensure you click Send on these crash reports listed on the page, then reply here with the crash report ID
Hi @steeven, Yes sorry I didn’t update earlier. I’ve upgraded to latest version but problem persists. Even for example dragging a PDF into Brave makes it crash.
