Description of the issue:
Desktop client on Mac (which belongs to a sync chain) causes existing bookmarks to duplicate in random order. Deleting bookmarks will cause them to re-appear in random order.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Run browser and add it to a sync chain.
Sync the bookmarks.
Delete a few bookmarks.
Restart browser.
Observe the deleted bookmarks coming back along with the generated duplicates of the existing bookmarks.
Expected result:
Deleted bookmarks stay deleted and no duplicates are generated.
