Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Webs become randomly black after changing from Brave to another app (mostly happening with YouTube videos playing in the background)
- YouTube videos most of the time fail to go fullscreen, the phone does not change to landscape mode, the video simply becomes centered and the edges turn black.
- In case the phone changes into landscape mode, the video is most of the time wrongly placed to the left and out of sight.
Expected result: Videos displaying correctly and Brave not becoming useless because of dark screens.
Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.63.169, Chromium 122.0.6261.111
Mobile Device details: Happening both in a Realme GT Neo2 5G (Jan 24 Security Patch, Android 13) and OnePlus Nord 2 5G (Dec 23 Security Patch, Android 13)

Things I’ve tried:
Disabling Vulkan through flags
Closing the app
Deleting cache
Deleting data
None of these fix the black screen issue
Temporary fix: Uninstalling and installing again. But doing this everyday becomes extremely annoying.
