Sometimes Youtube videos are not able to go fullscreen

Description of the issue:
When open youtube on mobile brave browser, sometimes(actually it happens very frequently) when I especially hold phone vertically and open in full screen mode, it only shows a small part of video and rest of screen is black(you can see my uploaded screeshot image)
Sometimes, I should open running apps or screen off then turn back to brave and re click full screen. It doesnt matter if the phone’s portrait mode is on or off.
It occurs for both mode.
Sometimes, I can fix it on 8th-9th-10th try.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but still the issue have been remained.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Open brave mobile browser
   2.open youtube with/without login
   3.Play a video and go to full screen

It should go to full screen mode:

Not an actual solution, but when this happens on my S23, flipping the phone upside-down to rotate the picture makes it full screen again.
