Bizarre graphical glitch when adding a bookmark

I really wish I had recorded it…

Basically, I clicked to create a bookmark and all hell broke loose. The page would flash rapidly, especially the tabs at the top, with the body of the page seemingly getting drawn on the screen over and over on top of itself slightly offset, dozens of times a second.

The error stopped once I minimized the window, but needless to say I got quite spooked lol

How does that even happen? Has anyone else here encountered a similar glitch?

Disable hardware acceleration from settings. It might have caused thr spooky behaviour.

In the meantime, try disabling hardware acceleration to see if the issue gets solved. You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
