Good day!
Please do something about my bat that was automatically sent to brave publisher.I always check my brave setting and not enabling the auto contribute but why suddenly it activated itself and send 20 bat to brave publisher? is this some sort of a scam on my account? I already withdraw all of my bat because of trust issues about what happen to my account.

Thanks for reporting. I’d like to ask a few questions to start:

  • Auto Contribute is ON by default and must be manually turned OFF. Did you turn it OFF?
  • Do you have multiple devices linked to your Uphold? If so, is Auto Contribute turned OFF on each of these devices?
  • Can you share a screenshot of your Contributions and Event Log tabs which can be found here brave://rewards-internals/

  • Yes I manually turned it OFF in brave setting.

  • Yes I have other account on my phone but not yet linked and verified to uphold because I must reach 25 bat before my bat be verified by my uphold wallet.
