BAT taken out of uphold wallet, auto-contribute never turned on

Hi there. Like some others this month I have had my BAT removed from Uphold after many many months of receiving BAT to my uphold wallet. I have never turned on auto-contribute. I checked my settings and it is still turned off. I sent an email to refunds@ based on the forums post but it is no longer being monitored. I also tried asking on reddit by my posts were auto-deleted by bots. Can I get advice on how to get my BAT returned?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
