BAT Missing From Wallet

I had 305 BAT that had been accrued before verifying my wallet with Uphold. This balance never synced with the uphold wallet. However, the BAT that I accrued after the verification date did transfer successfully to my Uphold wallet. Before I got around to asking about this issue, the 305 “old” BAT in my wallet has disappeared. The brave://rewards-internals/ page shows two lines which say

Logged at Key Value
12/02/2021, 08:20:14 PM promotion_claimed 305.500000
12/02/2021, 08:20:13 PM promotion_claimed 305.500000

which is when my BAT disappeared. How do I get this BAT back?

What date did you verify your wallet? April 9, 2021

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you in a supported region ? Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? Yes

I am having a similar, if not, the same issue.

I found your post, looked into brave://rewards-internals, and found the exact same lines as yours. they correspond to the time when I verified my wallet with Uphold.
