Continuing the discussion from How to lose brave users in a few easy steps:
In my last post I ranted a bit, because I seriously was incredibly frustrated with the Brave project.
Now my problem even got bigger:
For over a year now my Brave does not sync my BAT to my Uphold.
Now I logged into Uphold from another device and the tiny balance in my Uphold account has overwritten my big balance in the Brave Browser.
The event log says “promotion_claimed”…but whow…I did not claim anything, don’t even now what that means.
Can anyone from the Brave support actually help me out here?
