Description of the issue: When landing on an article for CNN Business, a video starts autoplaying with sound.

Go to CNN Business and choose one of the articles.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The result is the video autoplays on the page with sound.
Expected result:
Expected result is the browser should be able to prevent the video from playing or give the user a choice.
Reproduces how often:
Each time I visit the page it continues to happen.

I realize that it is very difficult to catch all websites that have these autoplay videos.
