My rewards profile stopped receiving BAT from Brave in May of 2023. Whenever I’ve tried to log in to Brave Rewards, my Uphold authorization never goes through and throws a “user profile is flagged error”. I can log in to Uphold through Brave Rewards, but I don’t know why I’m recevining payments. I can earn BAT just fine.
My mistake. I meant to say I’m earning BAT from ads like normal, they’re just not being credited to my Uphold. And not being processed in the monthly disbursements.
Because you’re not connected, right? It says you’re flagged when you try to connect? If so, then you won’t be able to receive payments. The browser might show like you’re earning, but it won’t pay if flagged. It used to not even show that, but for some reason they changed how it works.
If you haven’t done so already, I do highly suggest you create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so they can look into things. If you are flagged, they’ll review and make a determination on whether they will reinstate your account or if it’s going to remain flagged (permanently suspended).
If they remove the flag, you don’t get any prior earnings from the timeframes you were flagged. And if they don’t remove the flag, then it means you won’t be able to connect any device to Uphold and won’t be able to earn BAT.
