Android newest update site loading extremely long delay

Description of the issue:
Update Android 12; Build/SP1A.210812.016
Caused an excessive delay opening any new webpage.
I don’t have this issue on Chrome or Firefox for Android.
This issue came about with the most recent update.
Uninstalling / Clearing Cache & Data / Restarting does not fix the issue.
This is not ISP related - Happens on cellular & 2 different ISP’s.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Update to the version listed

Expected result:
Instantly load the requested page like the previous version

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.78.96
Chromium 136.0.7103.60

Mobile Device details
Samsung Galaxy S10

Additional Information:
An option to roll back would be nice

@psykken thanks for writing in. Can you confirm the Brave version you’re on? Are there specific sites that are slow to load?

@steeven As an update this hesitation , although still very slightly present, is mostly fixed with 1.78.99 which I installed from here.

Current version:
Brave 1.78.99, Chromium 136.0.7103.93
