Description of the issue:
Delayed initializing of new page being loaded in a new tab.
Existing pages and sites in current tabs seem to work fine.
Upon trying to access any website as a new tab (google.com, bbc.com, espn.com) the initial response is delayed or hesitates. Refreshing existing tabs does not exhibit this issue. If the tab is closed, requesting the same page in a new tab the hesitation returns.
This does not happen on Chrome for Android.
How can this issue be reproduced?
This started when I updated to a new version of Brave on my Android phone.
Expected result:
No initial hesitation should be observed.
