10 second delay to load a page with latest version

Description of the issue:
Every time I try to open a page, there is a long delay (up to 10 seconds). It looks like there is a problem with DNS?

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Using latest version of Brave 1.37.112
  2. Using a Private DNS provider in Android settings
  3. Go to any website and see the progress bar stall for 10 seconds at top

Expected result:
It worked perfectly before the latest update

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.37.112

Mobile Device details
Android 11, OnePlus 6T

Additional Information:
Using PrivateDNS in Android; is there a conflict with Brave?

It’s not just android…IOS 15.4.1 is getting the same issue. I thought it was just me. Yet I found a roomie!! Lol seriously though there is a delay with loading pages
