After going back, links are unclickable

Description of the issue:

If you are on a page, click on a link on that page, then click

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Open a web page (I can repro on this page: https://docs.python.org/3/library/collections.abc.html#collections.abc.Sequence)
  2. Click on a link on that page
  3. Click on the “go back” button or press Alt+Left
  4. Try clicking on another link on the page

Actual Result:
The link is not clickable, and it doesn’t show the hover style or anything

Sometimes the previously clicked link is showing the hover style.

To break out of this unresponsive state the following work:

  • Reloading the page F5
  • Switching to a different tab and back
  • Focusing a different window and focusing back

Expected Result
Should work just fine

Reproduces how often:
Very often, it happens on most websites but not all websites

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

Version 1.43.93 Chromium: 105.0.5195.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
Yes

Additional information:
Kubuntu 22.04

@SaltyBanana @Mattches Please note this. Thanks!

Tested in win10 and works for me in Brave version 1.43.93 (Release) and 1.45.68 (Beta) with Shields up and with Block scripts either enabled or disabled.

Found some information that may or may not be related. Just thought it might help you think of other things you might test/troubleshoot while waiting for Brave support. It is still the weekend and support does not usually work weekends.

Also, have you tried other chromium based browsers and does the same behavior occur?

Hmm I do have an AMD GPU, so it might indeed be related
