Description of the issue:
If you are on a page, click on a link on that page, then click
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Open a web page (I can repro on this page: https://docs.python.org/3/library/collections.abc.html#collections.abc.Sequence)
- Click on a link on that page
- Click on the “go back” button or press Alt+Left
- Try clicking on another link on the page
Actual Result:
The link is not clickable, and it doesn’t show the hover style or anything
Sometimes the previously clicked link is showing the hover style.
To break out of this unresponsive state the following work:
- Reloading the page F5
- Switching to a different tab and back
- Focusing a different window and focusing back
Expected Result
Should work just fine

Very often, it happens on most websites but not all websites
