Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open web page
  2. Scroll down a few screens
  3. Hit key or

Expected result: Cursor/focus should return to top of web page

Brave Version: 1.42.97 Chromium: 104.0.5112.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: Pressing will move up one screen… Must use mouse on scroll bar or many s!

Hello @dkolars, thank you for letting us know about this. Try downloading and installing the most recent Version of Brave using this link In case the issue persist take a look and remove some of your extensions maybe one of them is causing this issue.
